The day we became Predimed Madeira One.

Until January 2023 we worked directly for Predimed. That is when we became an agency with a name of our own, Predimed Madeira One, and opened our shop in Caniço. The ceremony was attended by the President of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque, who highlighted the weight of real estate in Madeira's economy: around 640 million euros in 2022, ahead of tourism.
