We started as seven.
Seven professionals who already knew each other from the field, united by the same desire to do this work differently.
At the agencies we had worked for, we saw things happen that we neither understood nor accepted. Enough to know we wanted to build something different.
In 2019 we opened our own house in Caniço, Madeira, to create the agency we would have liked to find when we were starting out.
Today we are more than 30 specialised consultants. We have grown. We have consolidated. But the spirit of the early days remains intact: unity, mutual support and the conviction that people always come first. Whichever side of the deal they are on.
